Andrea Navedo, an American writer and actress. The actress began her career by performing in the daytime soaps such as One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later played roles as a support actress on primetime TV. Andrea Navedo, an American singer and actress, was born from The Bronx New York United States on October 10, 1977. Navedo first began acting professionally in daytime dramas. From 1995 to 1997 Navedo starred on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live in the part in the role of Linda Soto. The role was a part of Guiding Light, a CBS soap-opera on CBS from 1999 until 2000. She played Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she made her debut in film with a minor role as a minor character in Girl 6. She then appeared as a character in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo was as a character in Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the year after. Navedo played the role of Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC program Law & Order from 2001 until 2004. Later, he appeared as a character in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages, Blue Bloods as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo was in a variety of movies, such as El Cantante (The Cantante) as well as Remember Me.
